The following reports were taken from the Boston University Police Department crime logs from Oct. 4-7.

The Boston Police Department requested to meet with a BUPD unit at Charlesgate Road and Ipswich Street at 2:30 a.m. Oct. 5 to investigate someone associated with BU running around naked.

Rambunctious Raccoon

A caller reported a possibly rabid raccoon frolicking in a fountain near the George Sherman Union at 5:39 p.m. Oct. 7. The caller reported again at 6:02 p.m. that the animal returned a second time. Boston Animal Control was dispatched to deal with the animal.

Hanging Out

A male party was arrested and charged with indecent exposure on 37 Ashford St. at 10:46 p.m. Oct. 6.

Asleep at the Wheel

BUPD was flagged down by a concerned citizen on Buick Street who saw a 30-year-old man fall asleep while driving at 6:50 a.m. Oct. 5. BUPD could not verify the concern.

Dorm Room defenestration

A caller reported two parties on the roof of Shelton Hall throwing bottles to the ground at 3:07 a.m. Oct. 7. Massachusetts Institute of Technology police are looking into the incident.

Robbed without any direction AT all

A caller reported that his parked car's Global Positioning System was stolen and window broken on Deerfield Street and Bay State Road at 4:28 p.m. Oct. 8.

Careful texting

A caller from 855 Commonwealth Ave. reported receiving threatening text messages at 12:31 a.m. Oct. 4. Officers responded and reported the texts were not harassing but were an isolated incident of a mistaken text.

Trashing the Place

A caller reported a homeless man throwing trash in the parking lot of 2195 Commonwealth Ave. at 6:40 p.m. Oct. 6. The man was removed from the parking lot by BUPD.

The Kid's got a big mouth

A caller reported screaming at 685 Commonwealth Ave. at 8:35 p.m. Oct. 4. BUPD arrived and confirmed it was the screaming of a toddler.

The Accidental Cut

A caller requested an ambulance at 15 Buswell St. at 12:35 a.m. Oct. 7 for an individual who cut her finger with a knife by accident. She was transported to Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.

Intoxicated Female

A caller reported at 2:18 a.m. Oct. 7 an intoxicated female party in front of 1019 Commonwealth Ave. She was taken to Beth Israel.
