Romney signs health care bill

As his supporters watch, Governor Mitt Romney signs landmark health care legislation Wednesday at Faneuil Hall, making Massachusetts the first state with universal health by way of private, market-based reforms. According to the governor, the bill will make it easier for private individuals to purchase insurance and for companies to provide it by the beginning of 2007.
